Job summary

Villanova University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach Arts and Sciences Professional Development (ASPD) one‑credit courses to liberal arts and sciences undergraduates. You will collaborate with the Director of Professional Development to deliver programming that enhances professional readiness and career planning.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree with 2–5 years of coaching and mentoring diverse students.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and developing diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Teach one-credit Arts and Sciences Professional Development (ASPD) courses as assigned by the Director of Professional Development.
• Guide students in creating professional résumés, researching internships, and pursuing professional opportunities.
• Instruct on informational interviewing, interview preparation, networking with alumni, and developing a professional development plan.
