Job summary

RTC is hiring an Applications Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom web and console applications. You will work hands-on, collaborating with clients and senior staff to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

You will build in ASP.NET Core using C# and JavaScript in an IIS environment, integrate with ERP systems, and ensure secure, reliable performance across applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years developing ASP.NET Core apps, web services, and MVC apps in IIS.
• 1–3 years working with Oracle databases, PL/SQL.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving.
• Comfort meeting with clients and documenting requirements.
• Exposure to web app design, UI, and reporting.
• Understanding of security concepts and basic identity/authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand needs and gather requirements.
• Design solutions with guidance from senior developers.
• Code, test, document, and deploy web and console apps.
• Maintain and support existing applications and troubleshoot tickets.
• Contribute to back-end integrations with ERP systems.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability through testing and monitoring.
• Explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
