Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the ASP Clerk provides afternoon and evening front desk and operational support during New Millennium Academy’s After School Program (ASP). The ASP Clerk serves as a key point of contact for scholars, families, staff, and visitors during ASP hours and helps ensure safe and efficient scholar dismissal and transportation.
The ASP Clerk will assist with regular front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, communicating with families, supporting scholar pick-up and dismissal, and helping coordinate transportation needs related to ASP. The position will primarily work from 2:00-6:00 PM during ASP programming, with the possibility of additional hours when front desk coverage is needed or when ASP activities, including home games and other events, extend beyond 6:00 PM.
The ASP Clerk must be bilingual in English and Hmong and demonstrate strong communication, organization, dependability, and customer service skills. The successful candidate will understand the importance of scholar safety, family communication, and providing responsive support within a fast-paced school environment.
