Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Draper, UT is seeking energetic individuals to join our front desk team. You will greet members, introduce the Orangetheory concept to guests, answer phones, and conduct studio tours to explain memberships.

Collaborating with trainers, you’ll guide intros through the first workout, support sales goals, and help keep the studio clean and welcoming. Excellent communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested visitors.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering phones and member interactions.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to support studio success and growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients and handle concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and maintain studio cleanliness.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
