Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Director of ASO Analytical Development to lead scientific and people leadership in analytical development for ASO drug substances and products. You will set priorities, timelines, budgets, and partner across CMC and external labs to enable development and regulatory submissions.

You will build team capability, drive automation, and contribute to portfolio strategy while mentoring scientists and managing outsourced analyses with external partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or related field with significant analytical development experience.
• Experience leading analytical workstreams and cross-functional CMC teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day analytical development for ASO drug substances and products.
• Develop phase-appropriate analytical methods and control strategies.
• Author and review analytical content for regulatory submissions.
