PALA Interstate, LLC is seeking an experienced welder to lay out, fit and weld metal components for pipelines, boilers, tanks and structures. You will read blueprints, perform welding with SMAW, GTAW and flux core, and work with crew to meet precise specs.

The role requires minimum three years of welding experience, the ability to pass site tests, and strict adherence to safety rules. This is a full-time, on-site position in Baton Rouge, LA.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of welding experience (SMAW, GTAW, Flux Core).
• Must pass required welding test at site.

Responsabilités

• Weld according to job specs and ASME Code Section 9.
• Read plans and fit up weld joints.
• Operate air/gas torches and power tools for tank repairs.
• Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
