Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) to partner with the Studio Manager in delivering a world-class fitness experience. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, present the OTf concept to guests, lead tours, and guide members through their first workouts with trainers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested clients (intros).
• Assist at the front desk: answer phones, interact with members.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through workouts.
• Collaborate with trainers to run intros and sign up members.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth and revenue.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads.
• Handle member concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist in marketing and outreach events.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and support readiness.

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. Each pair of Studio Managers and their Assistants partner in different ways, but all ASMs can expect to participate in the following:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
