Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional - $700 Bonus

Hermantown, MN, US

30+ days ago Requisition ID: 2051

A $700 retention bonus is offered, payable in two installments: the first after 90 days of employment, and the remaining balance at 120 days.

This is a crisis group home which is a short‑term, highly supportive residential setting designed for children, teens, or adults who are experiencing an emotional, behavioral, or other crisis. The goal is stabilization — not long‑term placement — so the person can return home or move to a more appropriate setting once the individual has stabilized and a plan is in place. The individuals we support in this setting are often highly behavioral, may be violent at times, display verbal aggression, and may elope. It is imperative that employees follow our training, policies, and care plans to support individuals with these unique needs.

Make a Difference Every Day
