Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is hiring an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support overnight and morning operations in Massachusetts. The role may involve sleeping during designated overnight periods but requires responsiveness during emergencies and morning routines.

Responsibilities include contributing to program goals, implementing health protocols, and assisting in planning and documentation. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; reliability and openness to learning

The Asleep Overnight Counselor works alongside the Awake Overnight Counselor to provide support during overnight and morning hours. While the Asleep Overnight Counselor may sleep during designated overnight periods, they must be available to respond in the event of an emergency or crisis and assist with morning routines and program needs.

Pay Range

$17.00-$19.11
