Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals who are ASL trained to empower adults with developmental disabilities. The role offers flexible hourly shifts across days, evenings, and weekends with starting pay of $19–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be person-centered minded.
• Staff need to be open-minded and come with a positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving record.
• Must be willing to have a background check.
• Must be willing to take a drug screening.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Support communication needs including ASL.
• Maintain safety and wellbeing of individuals served.
• Follow care plans and document needs as required.
