Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant required; California licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• First assisting in the operating room.

Job Summary

ART Surgical is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant to join our boutique plastic surgery practice dedicated exclusively to gender-affirming care. Our practice specializes in facial feminization surgery, gender-affirming body contouring, chest surgery, and genital surgery. We are looking for a compassionate, highly motivated PA who enjoys working closely with patients and wants to build a long-term career in an innovative and rapidly evolving field. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon in a practice known for personalized care, surgical excellence, and a strong commitment to the transgender community. This is not a high-volume assembly-line practice. We intentionally maintain a boutique model that allows us to build meaningful relationships with our patients while providing highly specialized surgical care.
