Job summary

New Horizon Therapy in Arizona is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support pediatric therapy services as needed. The role offers weekdays only with no weekends and a flexible schedule within a collaborative therapy team.

The successful candidate will hold an active AZ COTA license, demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills, and be reliable and flexible with scheduling. This position is contract-based and on-site at our Ahwatukee clinic.
