Actalent in Pittsford, NY seeks a Digital Verification Engineer to design and implement verification strategies for functional blocks, cores, and subsystems. You will collaborate with systems engineers to ensure thorough validation using simulation, formal methods, and coverage-driven techniques.

The role requires SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA expertise, and strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Make, and Bash.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with DSP and/or Forward Error Correction.
• Familiarity with Jira for bug tracking and GIT for source code management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Make, bash, object-oriented programming, C, and C++.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

We are seeking an expert Digital Verification Engineer to propose and implement innovative verification strategies for simulating and validating functional blocks, cores, and subsystems. This role will involve collaborating with systems engineers and architects to ensure the thorough validation of the product family.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsford, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $110.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
