Job summary

SmartPractice is seeking an ASI Production Operator for the Cholla Campus in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves setting up and operating various ASI equipment, including pad printing, silk screen, engraving, and packaging.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am–2pm. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match. Ability to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with engraving/printing methods and equipment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and handle safe material handling.

ASI Production Operator

Regular Full-Time Cholla Campus, Phoenix, AZ, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Our ASI Production Operatorsets-up and operates various types of ASI equipment including pad printing, pre-treating, silk screen operation, engraving, die-sublimation and packaging

Schedule:Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm

What You'll Do:

• Accurately process jobs to ticket order specifications
• Monitor the operation of the equipment and perform quality checks.
• Follow safety rules and regulations. Wear and maintain proper PPE equipment.
• Communicate effectively to ensure company goals are met.
• Work overtime needed to satisfy customer demands and meet production schedules.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with laser/rotary engraving, silk screen printing, die-sublimation and/or pad printing preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift 35pounds
