Zeal Med in Ashland, Kentucky seeks a permanent Orthodontics Dentist to care for a loyal patient base across Ashland and Portsmouth. This full-time role features a flexible schedule with 3 clinical days per week and about 6–7 doctor days per month at both offices.

Non-clinical days are typically Mondays and Thursdays. Diagnose and plan orthodontic care, prescribe Invisalign, and oversee patient progress with a strong clinical and administrative team.

I am partnered with a well-established practice in Ashland, Kentucky seeking a permanent Orthodontics Dentist to join their team and care for a loyal, established patient base. Located along the Ohio River in northeastern Kentucky, Ashland offers a welcoming small-city atmosphere with affordable living, beautiful scenery, and a strong sense of community. Known as the "Center of the Tri-State," Ashland is conveniently located near both West Virginia and Ohio, giving residents easy access to additional shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreational opportunities.

• Full-time opportunity
• Schedule is flexible and typically consists of 3 clinical days per week, with time split between both locations
• Approximately 6-7 doctor days per month at each office
• Schedule rotates between Ashland and Portsmouth based on patient demand
• Non-clinical/admin days are typically Mondays and Thursdays
• Doctor will have flexibility to help determine their clinical schedule

Practice Setup

• Portsmouth: 8 operatories
• 5 dental assistants across the practices
• Established support team with dedicated practice leadership
• Orthodontist will have input during the hiring process

Technology

• i-CAT CBCT in both locations
• 3D printers in both offices
• Digital orthodontic workflows
• Intraoral images available through iTero scans
• Extraoral photography available via SD card

Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treatment plan orthodontic cases
• Select appropriate treatment plans and appliances
• Prescribe Invisalign treatment
• Oversee patient care throughout treatment
• Collaborate with the existing clinical and administrative team
