Job summary

Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is seeking an experienced real estate photographer for contract work. Join a focused team serving realtors and small businesses with photography, Matterport tours, drone videography, and design services.

You will handle high-quality photo shoots, adhere to tight deadlines, and provide edits with fast turnaround while maintaining professional presentation and reliable communication. Travel to adjacent counties may be required.

Qualifications

3–5 years experience as a real estate photographer.
Full-frame DSLR with wide-angle lens (16mm/17mm) and tripod.
Proficiency in Lightroom and image editing.
Reliable transportation and punctual.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality interior and exterior real estate photos.
Deliver edited images by deadlines and coordinate with clients.
Share portfolio or website to illustrate capabilities.
Travel to adjacent counties as required.

If you are an experienced real estate photographer interested in more consistent and reliable work - we would love to speak with you! Although our company is located in Baltimore, we service Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey as well as Florida and other parts of the US.

As an innovator in the industry of real estate marketing, we offer ongoing training to our photographers on digital media and imaging, so that as a team, we can remain on the forefront of the ever-evolving world of real estate technology. Photographers at Hometrack are required to learn an array of digital services offered through the company, such as Matterport, 2D floor plans, and drone.

We also have a hardworking administrative department that will schedule all of your appointments so you don't have to. As a photographer at Hometrack, you do not have to stress about generating leads or selling; you can simply do what you love to do. Our editing team takes care of all your editing as well. All we ask is that you send your daily photos to us by 8:00pm (EST) same day.

Please note, submissions without examples of your work will not be considered for this position.

This position is for Contract work only.

We are looking for a passionate photographer that is extremely reliable, has strong communication skills and is capable of meeting tight deadlines. Travel to adjacent counties may be required.
