Job summary

Boomtown Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech-language pathologist to join our team in Katy, Texas, for the 26-27 school year. The role involves conducting assessments, providing direct therapy services, and developing treatment plans for students with speech and language needs. Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state license speech-language pathology.
• ASHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students referred for speech evaluations.
• Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans to improve communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ needs.
• Administer standardized assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Provide feedback to parents about assessment results.
• Collaborate to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments.
