Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE seeks an Aseptic Technician to support filling, freeze drying, and capping of lyophilized biological products. You will train in GMPs, SOPs, and safety procedures while learning aseptic techniques and reporting test results.

The position offers a day shift with potential overtime on weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include documentation, reading process worksheets, and maintaining clean, safe production areas.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Demonstration of basic mechanical skills.
• Demonstration of personal computer usage.
• Read, interpret, and apply safety procedures, SOPs and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and practice basic aseptic procedures per training and SOPs.
• Assist with reading and reporting test results using scientific instruments.
• Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Learn and comply with SOPs and associated documentation to perform job functions.
• Train in GMPs and demonstrate understanding and compliance.
• Clean areas according to specific SOPs.
• Help maintain adequate supplies in the production area.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle hazardous waste as required.
• Perform basic math and metric conversions as needed.
