Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. in Lincoln, NE seeks an Aseptic Technician to assemble viral and bacterial antigens into final serials, applying strict aseptic techniques and GMP compliant documentation. The role supports a fast-paced production line and requires careful handling of biological materials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years post-secondary education with biological coursework desirable.
• Preference for experience in biological production and/or aseptic manufacturing.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, computer skills, and working knowledge of the metric system.

Responsibilities

• Assemble viral and bacterial antigens into final serials.
• Apply aseptic technique to serial production.
• Follow and complete GMP process documentation.
• Maintain inventories of bulk fluids and components.
• Perform environmental monitoring.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in proper working order.
• Follow safety policies for biological and chemical components/equipment.
• Assist in SOP preparation and validation; train in Assembly department functions.
