Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Quality professional to provide real-time shop floor oversight of Aseptic operations, ensuring compliance with site procedures and driving continuous improvement. This role requires shift work and active coaching of Cleanroom teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing batch records, supporting training, and leading investigations to maintain high-performance aseptic culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, quality or engineering.
• 3+ years in GMP environments with aseptic manufacturing support.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as site SME for Aseptic Operations (manufacturing, sampling and testing).
• Ensure operations follow site procedures and aseptic techniques are observed.
• Provide real-time quality oversight during critical aseptic activities.
