A leading medical products company located in Irvine, California is seeking a skilled individual for a role in aseptic manufacturing. The candidate will ensure quality specifications are met while operating the Filling Line and performing troubleshooting on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of aseptic experience, knowledge of cGMPs, and the ability to work flexible schedules. Qualifications

• 3+ years aseptic experience and previous manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and departmental procedures, including ISO 5 & ISO 7 cleanroom standards.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules, including mandatory overtime and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and according to instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Troubleshoot technical problems to minimize reject levels.
