• Strong understanding of GMP and aseptic operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Filling Operators with daily visual audits of aseptic behavior.
• Take immediate action for non-compliance or undesired behavior.
• Collaborate with Production/Quality/Training Leadership on process improvements.
