Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Lexington to perform production activities including component prep, filling, capping, autoclaving, sterilization, and lyophilization.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will operate and maintain production equipment, verify materials, follow cGMP and SOPs, and support process improvements in a fast-paced OPS environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Pharmaceutical and aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate processing equipment and read/regulatory instructions.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities: preparation, filling, capping, autoclaving, sterilization, compounding, and lyophilization.
• Maintain clean, compliant documentation and records.
• Operate and maintain production equipment; ensure proper materials and ingredients.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations; participate in process improvements.
• Collaborate with quality, validation, and other OPS functions to meet production goals.
