Job summary

SunOpta is seeking an Aseptic Mixer I at its Midlothian, TX plant. The role involves mixing various non-dairy liquids per batch records using Oracle and verbal instructions, ensuring quality and efficiency, and following GMP/PPE requirements. You may fill in for vacations and must communicate clearly with the team.

The position emphasizes maintaining line performance, conducting quality checks, and supporting maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand 12 hours and lift 30–50 pounds.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Mix non-dairy liquids according to batch records and instructions.
• Maintain quality and efficiency, reduce scrap and improve yield.
• Follow GMP and PPE requirements; document correctly for FDA requirements.
• Coordinate, set up, and monitor the mixing area; perform routine maintenance checks.
• Communicate effectively with management and other shifts; cover for vacations/absences.
