Kindeva in St. Louis, MO, is hiring a Manufacturing Excellence Operator for second shift to support aseptic operations in a clean room.

You will participate in setup, disassembly, and operation of high‑speed equipment, sterilize components, and maintain cGMP compliance. You will follow SOPs, assist with equipment asset care, contribute to continuous improvement events, and work with maintenance to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand instructions and technical documents.
• Ability to perform basic calculations for accountability and measurements.
• Experience with computerized systems and SOP adherence.
• Ability to work in a clean room and follow aseptic techniques.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Follow aseptic/sterile/cGMP techniques at all times.
• Meet cleanroom gowning requirements and aseptic principles.
• Check processes for cGMP compliance and report problems.
• Sanitize Clean Room areas per procedures.
• Ensure drug and raw material accountability.
• Document and review in-process test results per SOP/Batch Record.
• Unload sterilizers, verify counts, and assign to batches.
• Prepare solutions for other departments.
• Perform housekeeping duties per SOPs.
• Operate machines and aseptically hand assemble components.
• Clear jams and perform equipment adjustments.
• Setup/tear down/changeover Clean Room machinery.
• Complete training and stay current with requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement events.
• Assist maintenance technicians with equipment issues; perform asset care.
• Other duties as assigned.
