Job summary

Organogenesis is seeking an entry-level Production Associate I for Apligraf to perform aseptic processing in a Class 100 and Class 10K cleanroom under supervision. This role supports the Apligraf Manufacturing department to ensure safe and timely processing of product.

The hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with some holidays required. A biotechnology certificate or 1–2 years of related experience is expected, along with basic lab skills and cleanroom familiarity.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Biotechnology and/or 1–2 years relevant experience.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in biology or related science with 0–2 years experience preferred.
  • Quality Systems regulations (cGMP) knowledge and clean room experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in aseptic technique, GMP and clean room protocols desired.
  • Basic knowledge of lab techniques.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture Apligraf according to Master Batch Records and SOPs.
  • Prepare media and sanitizing agents used in Production areas.
  • Adhere to Operating Procedures, protocols, and GMP safety guidelines.
  • Ensure batch records are complete and compliant.
  • Operate clean room equipment properly.
  • Maintain records and follow quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
