Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Tampa, FL is seeking a Packaging Operator II / Aseptic Filling Operator IV. The role focuses on aseptic filling equipment operation, line clearance, packaging tasks, and strict adherence to GMP/EHS practices.

The shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with a start pay of $22.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma, some technical training, and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Three to five years of related packaging/aseptic filling experience.
• Able to work quickly under pressure with good documentation and math skills.
• Detail oriented, quality conscious, and strong team communication.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line clearance).
• Cleans/disinfects equipment after each run and performs line clearance.
• Operates filling lines for ointment, gel, solutions, and suspension products (RABS).
• Operates packaging line and serialization equipment.
• Ensures accurate batch documentation and timely data entry in the batch records.
• Supports OpEx improvements and EHS initiatives.
