Job summary

SINNOVATEK SERVICES LLC in Middlesex, NC is hiring Filler Operators for a newly expanding production line. You will lead continuous improvement, supervise aseptic processes, and work with multiple departments to meet KPI goals while upholding GMP, SOP, GFSI, USDA, FDA, NCDA, HACCP and Food Safety standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift and aerial platform certification within 3 months of hire, and completion of processing courses in first 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift and aerial platform certification within 3 months of hire.
• Complete processing control and acidified foods course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot underperforming equipment.
• Maintain regulatory, customer, and in-house paperwork; ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Set up and operate aseptic filling equipment; monitor batching and packing processes.
• Adhere to GMP, SOP, GFSI, USDA, FDA, NCDA, HACCP and food safety standards.
