Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Biologics Processing Operator in Los Angeles to set up, operate, and clean process equipment in a plasma-derived pharma environment.

You'll follow FDA procedures, maintain documentation, and work in a sanitized clean-room. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexibility for 24/7 shifts; training in lyophilization may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; strong documentation skills.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate in a clean-room setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and clean process equipment per FDA regulations.
• Complete documentation and maintain compliance in a validated clean-room.
• Prepare and sterilize components for filling and lyophilization.
• Perform aseptic fills and operate OIT interfaces.
• Train in lyophilization and ensure 24/7 plant operations readiness.
