Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support aseptic filling and sterile manufacturing processes within a regulated parenteral drug environment. The role emphasizes hands‑on troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous process improvements to ensure quality and output targets in a Fishers, IN facility.

The engineer will apply engineering principles, data integrity practices, and Good Engineering Practices (GEP) while collaborating with operations and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field, or life sciences with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to become a SME for aseptic filling, inspection and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day‑to‑day issues in operations with timely responses and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams and site leadership to implement changes.
• Serve as SME for filling equipment and supporting systems.
• Evaluate and improve efficiency of manufacturing instruments, equipment, and tools.
• Support process FMEAs to understand process and product risks prior to validation.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing activities and apply Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
• Partner with vendors to define requirements and understand specifications.
• Maintain equipment tracking processes and support production coverage.
