Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking a entry-level team member to support aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping in a GMP environment. You will monitor processes, document outcomes, and assist with mechanical setup in an aseptic environment.

You will learn USDA/APHIS requirements and report any unusual events. The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical skills.
• Basic computer usage capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle movement of sterile equipment and maintain sterility.
• Learn and apply basic sterilization principles and aseptic technique.
• Understand fill schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Basic inventory management system usage.
• Understand RFT methodologies.
• Assist with CIP/SIP systems operation where applicable.
• Basic understanding of SCADA/EWI systems.
• Assist in Lab Cleaning practices.
• Identify and report work order issues.
• Operate fill suites and capping equipment independently.
• Update batch records, SOPs and JTCs.
• Participate in cross-training and Kaizen events.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on major equipment.
• Recognize quality issues per company guidelines.
