Job summary

Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland is seeking an experienced Stellantis technician to join our high-volume service center in Kirkland, WA. You will diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and ProMaster vehicles, using OEM tools and service information to deliver top-quality workmanship.

We reward skilled professionals with a competitive flat-rate hourly wage ($55.00–$68.50), substantial sign-on and relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current or recent Stellantis Level 2 or Level 3 training.
• ASE Master Automobile Technician certification.
• Extensive Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience.
• Equivalent advanced OEM diagnostic and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and ProMaster vehicles.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnosis using OEM equipment and service information.
• Complete customer-pay, warranty, recall, and fleet repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Verify concerns and identify the root cause before recommending repairs.
• Document diagnosis, test results, causal failures, and completed repairs accurately.
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify legitimate safety and maintenance needs.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, parts personnel, and shop leadership.
• Complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing workmanship.
• Stay current with applicable factory training, technical bulletins, and certifications.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work area.
