Job summary

CarMax Fairfield is seeking a Mechanical Associate to inspect, diagnose, repair and recondition vehicles to meet safety and quality standards. You’ll work with a skilled team in a climate-controlled shop using modern tools to restore confidence for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong health and safety compliance knowledge.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Maintain ASE Certifications where required by state law.
