Job summary

Laura Automotive Group is seeking an experienced ASE Certified Automotive Technician in Sullivan, MO to join the Used Vehicle Reconditioning team. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to ensure first-time quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of diagnostic/repair experience on domestic and import vehicles and a commitment to long-term career growth within our family-owned dealership. Full-time schedule with potential flexible 4/10s.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems across various makes/models.
• Perform routine diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of domestic and import vehicles is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and recondition used vehicles to meet quality standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Document repairs accurately and ensure work meets safety standards.
• Utilize ALLDATA and OEM resources for procedures and specs.
• Verify repairs are completed correctly before returning vehicles to service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
