Job summary

Toyota of Fayetteville is seeking a Lube Technician to perform quality light mechanical services on customer and inventory vehicles. You will inspect, troubleshoot, rotate tires, change oils, and complete preventative maintenance in alignment with dealership standards.

You will use manuals, communicate with team members, and ensure safety while maintaining a clean workspace. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certification is preferred
• Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes for light mechanical services
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow procedures to ensure quality and safety

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle inspections, troubleshooting and testing for light mechanical services to determine required or recommended repairs as required.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs the necessary repairs including replacing parts as required.
• Performs tire services including rotate, replace, mount, and balance.
• Performs preventative maintenance including lubrication, fluid replacements, oil changes, filters and brake adjustments.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and communicates with supervisors as needed.
