Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of vehicles at our Omaha service center. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and customer communication as part of a busy dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience, ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical and lifting test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diligently follow procedures and safety guidelines in a busy service department.
• Communicate effectively with customers about repairs and costs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and stay current with manufacturer training.
• Assist with ongoing professional development and training programs.
