Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in auto repair.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine B-level repairs like brake jobs, suspension repairs, and basic electrical work along with oil changes.
• Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Follow Meineke's SOPs and safety guidelines while handling tools and vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs on brakes, suspension, exhaust, and other components.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, labor hours, and vehicle conditions per documentation standards.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to communicate vehicle issues and estimated costs to customers.
• Uphold Meineke's commitment to customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends through training sessions and Meineke resources.
