Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician required.
  • Current Missouri MV inspection license required for Missouri stores.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work per policy.
  • Diagnose and repair customer vehicles and ensure quality control.
  • Train and coach other employees on programs and procedures.
  • Maintain orderly flow of service assignments and productivity.
  • Extend Big O's Extra Care Services to customers.
  • Attend weekly store meetings on safety and policies.
  • Work with management to meet service-related quotas and finalize invoices.
  • Ensure vehicle inspection program is executed consistently.
