Qualifications

• Must have ASE Certification and minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Proficient with DealerTrack DMS and Xtime for service records and scheduling.
• Experience with diagnostic software/tools listed (Mitchell1, ALLDATA, Snap-on, AutoEnginuity).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; customer-focused.
• Willingness to perform warranty and non-warranty inspections and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
• Utilize DealerTrack DMS for accurate record-keeping and service tracking.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
