The role emphasizes product knowledge, installation assistance, and exceptional communication in both Spanish and English, with opportunities for growth in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish.
• ASE certification preferred or required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Promote products, services and promotions to drive sales and meet store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize inventory and follow cash handling procedures for loss prevention.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Build product knowledge and assist with basic installation services (where applicable).
• Assist with vehicle diagnostics using provided tools to suggest solutions.
