Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity, steady hand and good hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and collaborate well.
• Ability to learn new technology and service procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per the repair order efficiently.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components with service tools.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, brakes and HVAC systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
