Job summary

Auto Stop Elite in Sterling, VA is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a high‑volume shop. This flat‑rate role offers earning potential of $100,000 to $200,000+ per year with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

You'll diagnose, repair, and inspect a wide range of vehicles, maintain a minimum of 45 billed hours weekly, and work with modern equipment. ASE certification and at least 6 years of experience are required, plus you must bring your own tools.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of automotive repair experience.
• Intermediate to advanced diagnostic skills.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose drivability issues and conduct intermediate to advanced diagnostics.
• Repair electrical systems and wiring-related concerns.
• Repair suspension and brake systems.
• Carry out wheel alignments with shop equipment.
• Remove/replace components as needed for assigned repairs.
• Service domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Maintain a minimum 45 billed hours per week.
