Formación

• Must possess Handle with Care Training certification within three months of hiring.
• Experience in individual education plan implementation and programming.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities including toileting and feeding.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out duties in individual education plans for students.
• Assist students in inclusive educational settings.
• Monitor classroom instruction to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Participate in assigned professional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff.

Experience working with students with physical, cognitive and/or mild behavioral needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to be flexible based on program and student needs

Ability to assist students in individual or group settings

Ability to remain calm and patient in volatile situations

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
