Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate to conduct comprehensive ASD evaluations and provide diagnostic reports. You will administer and interpret standardized tests, discuss findings with families, and coordinate care with KBH’s ABA team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience conducting psychological evaluations.
• 2+ years direct experience with autism diagnostic tools.
• Active Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) credential in North Carolina.
• Experience in pediatric or developmental disability settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ~25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ASD evaluations using evidence-based tools and protocols.
• Administer, score, and interpret tests and observational measures for ASD evaluations.
• Write detailed, clinically sound evaluation reports meeting professional standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to families, caregivers, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, intake, and KBH team members for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per KBH policies and standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision with a licensed psychologist as required by NC rules.
• Travel to KBH clinic locations for in-person assessments across multiple cities.
