Job Description

Serves as generalist relationship manager and primary point of contact for a group of moderately to highly complex client relationships. Drives and coordinates the activity of the Ascent team providing a full complement of services to the client group. Demonstrates an ability to identify, develop and close sales opportunities from both new outside clients as well as from deepening relationships with the existing clients. Expands Ascent's presence in the ultra-high net worth market including representation of the business segment in the region at community events as well as within the broader bank.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 12 or more years of financial services experience
- Eight or more years of experience with ultra-high net worth clients
- MBA, JD, CFP, CFA, or CPA

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $164,390.00 - $193,400.00 - $212,740.00
