Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior-level Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will drive sales opportunities, coordinate the Ascent team's services, and expand the bank's presence at regional events and within the UHNW market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
  • 15+ years of financial services experience
  • 10+ years of experience with ultra high net worth clients
  • MBA, JD, CFP, CFA, or CPA required or preferred

Job Description

Demonstrates an ability to identify, develop and close sales opportunities from both new outside clients as well as from deepening relationships with the existing clients. Expands Ascent's presence in the ultra high net worth market including representation of the business segment in the region at community events as well as within the broader bank.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
  • 15 or more years of financial services experience
  • 10 or more years of experience with ultra high net worth clients
  • MBA, JD, CFP, CFA, or CPA
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

Total compensation for this role is highly competitive and substantially above market including a generous short-term and long-term incentive bonus; base salary may differ from the range indicated in the job posting.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $197,100.00 - 240,900.00
