Lead the Ascend youth discipleship program that offers mentoring and spiritual guidance to youth who live in the dorms and serve at the Thrift Stores. This role is comparable to that of a youth pastor in a church. While your primary focus will be on mentoring, there will also be additional leadership responsibilities, such as overseeing weekly classes and recruiting tasks.
