Job summary

Northern Ohio Surgery Center in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an ASC Administrator with leadership, budgeting and regulatory expertise to oversee clinical, administrative and business office operations.

The role reports to the Director of Operations or Regional VP and requires a Bachelor's degree or RN/BSN with 4+ years of supervisory experience, ASC regulatory knowledge, budgeting skills and a drive to improve physician relationships and top-line growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or RN/BSN with 4+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • ASC experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of state, federal and accrediting body regulations (AAAHC).
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line growth and cultivate physician relationships.
  • Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via increased volume and marketing.
  • Designs recruitment and marketing programs to grow case volume with physicians and partners.
  • Leads operational excellence and oversees the center's P&L and budgeting.
  • Coordinate OR activities, materials, supplies, and personnel; manage risk and governance.
