Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Technical Revenue Manager to lead ASC 606 policy design for new offerings.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk to craft technical accounting position papers and ensure compliant POBs and SOX controls across complex contracts.

Requires CPA, 5+ years in accounting, deep ASC 606 expertise, and strong writing. Base salary ranges from $108,800 to $175,000 USD with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CPA license required and 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Deep ASC 606 expertise applied to multi-element and consumption-based contracts.
• Strong technical writing and policy documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASC 606 policy design and documentation for new offerings.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Legal and Deal Desk on revenue recognition.
• Develop technical accounting papers and assess POBs across contracts.
• Ensure SOX controls and close processes support revenue reporting.
