Job summary

EIS Holding, LLC is seeking an Asbestos Supervisor to lead on-site demolition and abatement projects, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will manage a team, inspect work, and coordinate materials and schedules on commercial sites.

Required licenses include asbestos supervisor certifications and a state license; travel is 25%–100% with per diem and lodging provided. This role reports to the Project Manager in Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• OSHA 30 required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Estimates length of time, workers, and equipment for projects.
• Assigns and supervises workers for asbestos removal tasks.
• Monitors quality of work and safety compliance on site.
• Inspects equipment and respirator systems to meet safety standards.
• Maintains project records and orders supplies.
• Counsels and disciplines workers with HR guidance.
• Schedules and tracks attendance and communicates time-off requests.
• Promotes a safe, productive work environment and high morale.
• Ensures demolition and abatement meet customer expectations and safety regulations.
